Welcome to Brown Gurlz with Dope Curlz, a blog made just for young natural brown girls.   I created this blog, because I am tired of seeing young natural girls complain about their hair constantly. I want them to embrace their beautiful curls and nationality. it upsets me when I hear a young natural girl say "I wish I had hair like that". this saddens me to the point where I decided to display the beauty of natural hair and African nationality on my blog. I want young African women and girls to be proud of their hair. I know everyone has different hair, but its all beautiful in my eyes. I am a young brown natural girl myself and I love my hair, and nationality. I will post different hair styles for every texture and curl pattern to give the girls who are ashamed or just don't like their hair , a different view on the possibilities of what their hair can do. I will also post natural art work and Afrocentric fashion ideas. my motive is to boost the confidence of young women and girls, creating a positive mindset about their hair and culture. My blog will feature proud natural girls every two weeks, with a description on why they are proud to be a natural brown girl. I want my viewers to interact with me and help me better use this blog so I can establish a movement of young African-American girls that are proud to be natural and to love themselves. This is my goal for this website. I want to see girls walking with their head held high. not worried about the way they look, because they are beautiful. and if it comes to a point where a girl has an issue with what they’re wearing, and not their hair they can always come to my blog for inspiration on Afrocentric fashion ideas I will display. my blog is very important to me. and I want showcase its importance to my viewers as a result. I am determined to better the confidence of the young African-American girls everywhere. seeing the despair in young natural girls eyes is heartbreaking and society shouldn't be that way, so i want to change that. my blog should be a comfortable place where all young women and girls can visit for inspiration. I want Brown Gurlz with Dope Curlz to be a movement, not just a blog.
